Most of the materials used in stone pavement engineering are granite standard blocks, which are cut by infrared bridge cutting machine at present. At least 1-2 workers are required to manually load and unload plates and operate machine.
This Engineered Stone Cutting & Prodcution Line, from the upper plate to the cutting, lower plate, stacking, waste residue output, all of the streamline operation, automatic completion, effectively reduce and replace labor and improve production efficiency.
Machine characteristics:
1. The software operating system is developed by our company and is fully compatible with the hardware. The operation interface is simple and easy to learn. It can be operated by a worker who is with or without computer foundation.
2. The whole assembly line is controlled by servo motor with high precision and automation.
3. Centralized control of all mechanical actions of the assembly line through the CNC system, accurate feeding, cutting, moving and stacking.
4. High hardware configuration and stable cutting performance.
5. The cutting dimension of engineering plate is accurate without deviation.
6. Intelligent sorting and automatic stacking. The arrangement is neat and the stacking position is accurate.
7. Automatic, intelligent, efficient and labor-saving.
8. The console monitors all the production process.
